Come join us in an engaging discussion on how the Greater Toronto Airports Authority is leading the charge, through leveraging competencies, to rapidly operationalize their new customer focused service model. Speaker Bio(s):

Jackie Greaner is the Talent Management and Organization Alignment Practice leader for North America, for Towers Watson.  Her areas of expertise include talent management, change management, executive assessment and development, employee engagement surveys, HR and senior team and board effectiveness development.  Jackie also leads talent management technology implementations ensuring clients leverage best practices in talent management processes.   A representative list of her clients includes:  MGM MIRAGE, Johnson & Johnson, Randstad, ING, IHS, SunTrust, AT&T, Warner Lambert, Edison, Cox Enterprises, Rockwell Collins, Southern Company, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Jackie has a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of South Florida.  She is a recent member of the board and executive committee of the Human Resource Planning Society and has co-chaired 2 national conferences.  She also chairs the Membership Committee as well as the Talent Management Special Interest Group.  She is a frequent speaker on topics such as change management planning and execution, vision development, talent management, executive leadership, and human capital management.

Kelly Neri is General Manager, Human Resources & Talent Management for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA).

Kelly is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of progressive work experience in the field. She joined the GTAA as Manager, Human Resources & HRIS in September 2001, and in January 2009, was promoted to her current assignment as General Manager, Human Resources & Talent Management.

Prior to joining the GTAA, Kelly held management-level Human Resources positions with Doubleday Canada Limited, and Italpasta Limited (rated one of “Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private Companies from 1994 to 1996 and in 2001). Kelly has also held Human Resources roles with Primo Foods and Fortress Scientific.

Kelly earned a Certificate in Human Resources (CHRM) with High Honours from Seneca College, and was accredited with the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 1999.
